Charcuterie Board

Recipe Intro From andrealoretdemola

You can never go wrong with a charcuterie and cheese board! Whether it be a holiday, a friend coming over for a glass of wine, or a dinner party, I'll always pull together some sort of grazing board. Its the perfect way to showcase in season produce and you can use just about anything. During use fruits like persimmons, apples, pomegranates, berries, and grapes to pair with the salty cured meats and cheeses. Use nuts and small pinch bowls filled with briny olives, jams, compotes and other spreads to fill in any holes for an abundant and beautiful charcuterie board.
