  • 2 slices buckwheat sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 fried eggs
  • Cilantro, as garnish
  • Chili flakes, as garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Step 1

    Place sliced avocado onto the toasted bread.

  • Step 2

    Top each slice of bread with a fried egg, cilantro, chili flakes, salt and pepper.
