The flavors of classic tiramisu make for a perfect dessert cocktail made with rum and Irish cream for a sweet and boozy treat to celebrate the holidays or any occasion.

  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1/ 2 ounce white rum
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/ 4 ounce heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice


  • Step 1

    In a cocktail shaker, combine Baileys, rum, espresso and ice. Shake until chilled (about 30 seconds).

  • Step 2

    Strain into champagne flutes.

  • Step 3

    Beat the cream cheese and heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in sugar and vanilla extract and transfer into a piping bag.

  • Step 4

    Top drinks with frosting and garnish as desired to serve.
