Mango Lime Purée
ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Zest & juice 2 limes
ingredients
- 1/4 cup mango lime puree
- 12 ounces Ginger beer
- 3 ounces Vodka
- Fresh mint
- Lime wedges
Method
Step 1
To assemble add Mango lime Purée to about 1/4th of the base of your glass or copper mug. Add ice, then 3 oz vodka.
Step 2
Top with ginger beer to the rim and garnish with limes fresh mint.
