ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cups water,

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel one orange and one grapefruit. Slice into smaller pieces.

  • Step 2

    Cut the lemon in half.

  • Step 3

    Squeeze as much of the lemon as you can into the blender (keeping the seeds out).

  • Step 4

    Put peeled and sliced orange and grapefruit into the blender and add ¼ cup of water.

  • Step 5

    Blend for 1 minute or until well blended. Enjoy!
