ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil in a medium size pot.

  • Step 2

    Add 4 cups of cranberries, and bring it all to a boil once again.

  • Step 3

    Squeeze the juice out of 1 lemon (make sure no seeds fall out), and cook for 7 minutes. The cranberries will be popping, most should be popped.

  • Step 4

    Done. Put in jars to enjoy.
