These thick fluffy vegan waffles couldn't be simpler. Made with just 6 ingredients these waffles are perfect to make when you are in a pinch. Pro tip: make a big batch and freeze it for an easy weekday breakfast.

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Method

  • Step 1

    In a jug, add in apple cider vinegar into the milk, set aside to curdle for around 5 mins.

  • Step 2

    In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together and gently stir until just combined.

  • Step 3

    Grease the waffle maker with coconut oil and cook waffle until nicely golden brown.
