A Note from Feedfeed

This tropical flavored cocktail gets a hint of spice making it the perfect Fall cocktail. Ginger syrup, dark rum, is shaken with Angostura Bitters and ice. Strain over a glass filled with ice and dash nutmeg over the top. This cocktail is sweet, tangy and spicy!

ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 2 ounces ginger syrup
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Ice
  • Ground nutmeg

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine rum, lime juice, ginger syrup, bitters and ice to cocktail shaker.
 Shake for at least 10 seconds.


  • Step 2

    Fill glass with ice.
 Pour in shaken ingredients.


  • Step 3

    Top up with club soda and garnish with lime wedge.
