French Toast With Pumpkin Pie Spice With Molasses
RECIPE:<br> (serves 2)<br> 2 eggs<br> 3 T pumpkin purée <br> 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice<br> 1/2 tsp vanilla<br> 1 tsp molasses <br> pinch salt<br> 4 pieces of gluten free bread<br><br> Whisk all ingredients, besides bread, in a shallow dish. Submerge each piece of bread in egg mixture and let them soak up the liquid. Heat and grease a pan over the stove (or a griddle) and cook both sides. Serve with maple syrup!
