2 eggs
3 T pumpkin purée
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp molasses
pinch salt
4 pieces of gluten free bread
Whisk all ingredients, besides bread, in a shallow dish. Submerge each piece of bread in egg mixture and let them soak up the liquid. Heat and grease a pan over the stove (or a griddle) and cook both sides. Serve with maple syrup!"
