ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce freshly squeeze orange juice
- 1 ounce apple cider
- 1/2 ounce honey
- ice
- 1 ounce champagne
- apple slices, to garnish
- cinnamon stick, to garnish
- star anise, to garnish
Method
Step 1
In a cocktail shaker with ice add vodka, orange juice, apple cider, and honey. Shake for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Strain into a glass over ice. Top with champagne.
Step 3
Garnish with fresh apple slice, cinnamon stick and star anise.
