ingredients
- 1 bagel of choice
- Cream cheese
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Use a bread knife to cut the bagel across 4 times, creating 8 even little sections. Fill the sections with cream cheese.
Step 3
In a microwave safe dish, add in the butter and minced garlic. Microwave for 45 seconds, stopping halfway to stir. Add in the parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
Step 4
Place the bagel on a baking sheet and cover it with the butter mixture. Sprinkle on grated Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15 minutes. The cheese should be melted and the top should be golden brown.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy immediately!
