Spicy Harissa Beef Burgers With Tsatsiki

Serves 4
Start with making the tzatziki
Beef burgers
500 grams ground beef
2 tbsp. harissa
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Place all the burger ingredients in a large bowl and with your hand mix through. Form 4 medium size burgers.
Cook the burgers on each side for 3-4 minutes. Serve Harissa burgers on burger buns with any topping of your choice and minty tzatziki.
Tzatziki:
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
2 teaspoons salt
4 dl Greek yogurt
1 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Toss together cucumbers and 1 tsp. salt in a colander.
Place colander in sink, and let cucumbers drain for 20 minutes.
Press cucumbers for liquid. Transfer to a bowl and mix in yogurt, garlic, mint, lemon juice and remaining teaspoon salt.
