"Good morning! How do you fry your eggs? I like to make them the way my mum & my grandmother use to make them. I assume most Moroccans make them this way. We never use butter, unless we make scrambled eggs. We fry our eggs in hot olive oil until the edges are crunchy & golden brown & with the yolk still runny. Seasoned with sea salt & a pinch of cumin. Ingredients

2 eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

sea salt, to taste

cumin, to taste

Ingredients

Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a cast iron skillet.  When hot, add eggs and fry until the edges are crispy and golden brown, but the yolk is still runny.

Season to taste with sea salt and cumin and enjoy!
