ingredients

  • 1/2 Zest lemon
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 gram flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Whip egg and sugar until foamy and light in color.

  • Step 2

    Add flour, lemon zest, baking powder and salt.

  • Step 3

    Scoop 3 egg cakes on baking sheet, as far apart as possible.

  • Step 4

    Bake for about 10 minutes in a 375 degrees oven.
