(Serves 2):1. Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit2. In a large bowl mix together 1 cup oats, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1tsp cinnamon.3. Then add 2 mashed bananas, 6 tbsp. non-dairy milk, 1½ finely diced small apples, a handful of sultanas and 1 cup blackberries.4. Add 1 tbsp. maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth. 5. Mix until well combined and pour into a baking dish, topping with the remainder of the apple.6. Cook for 25 minutes or until the top is a golden brown.
