For the Salad:
ingredients
- 16 ounces -bag of coleslaw mix
- 6 ounces package ramen noodles, discard the seasoning
- 5 green onions, green parts chopped
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mandarin orange slices, halved
- 1/4 fresh chopped parsley
For the Dressing:
ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (you can also use vegetable oil or any cooking oil)
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt and pepper
