ingredients

  • 300 grams grated carrots
  • 200 grams almond powder
  • 80 grams cane sugar
  • 100 grams unsweetened applesauce
  • 80 grams spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 milliliter vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 30 grams pecan
  • 100 grams ice sugar
  • 1/2 lime

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix the dry ingredients with the crushed pecans and spices.

  • Step 2

    Separate the egg yolks, mount the white in snow.

  • Step 3

    In another bowl, whisk the sugar with the egg yolks, applesauce and oil.

  • Step 4

    Assemble the grated carrots and the liquids, add the whole to the dry ingredients. Mix.
