ingredients
- 300 grams grated carrots
- 200 grams almond powder
- 80 grams cane sugar
- 100 grams unsweetened applesauce
- 80 grams spelt flour

- 3 eggs

- 100 grams ice sugar

Method
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients with the crushed pecans and spices.
Step 2
