  • 4 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons hempseeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 7 ounces almond milk

Method

    Put it all in your mixer, beginn with the lighter ingredient, mix it all for 1 minute or more if needed.
