Chocolate Covered Pretzels With Sprinkles

1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
Pretzel Twists, large or small
assorted toppings
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 minute. Check chocolate; if it hasn't completely melted, microwave for 15 second intervals until chocolate is glossy and smooth. Stir chocolate and let cool slightly.
Dip pretzels in chocolate and let excess chocolate run off before dipping in sprinkles or toppings of choice.
Set dipped pretzels on a parchment lined sheet pan and allow to set in the fridge for about 15 minutes before enjoying or packaging as gifts.
