Juice Scrap Burgers
If you dislike the stale flavor of a grocery store veggie burgers use #juice scraps... RECIPE
2c carrot, spinach, kale, chard pulp
1c beans (slightly mashed)
1c cooked quinoa
1/2 c nuts or seeds (these have hemp and chia in them)
2tbs any type of flour
A few tbs fresh herbs or green onion
Season (I used cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder)
Mix all together and press into patties. I freeze them like this and pan cook in olive oil. Also I don't ever measure anything so these are just approximate measurements but you can't really go wrong.
And there it is...lunch made from breakfast scraps!
