- 16 ounce Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tabelspoons brown sugar
- 2 tabelspoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tabelspoons honey
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tabelspoons olive oil
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, dried herbs, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce
Step 2
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Prepare the chicken breast, and toss with the marinade mixture.
Step 4
Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes and up to overnight
Step 5
Grill the chicken breast and baste it with the marinade.
Step 6
Cook for 6 minutes per side.
Step 7
Serve over roasted potatoes or piping hot jasmine rice.
