ingredients
- 2 tabelspoons olive oil
- 4 tabelspoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 17 ounce medium sized shrimp
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 tabelspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley
Method
Step 1
Peeled and devein the shrimp.
Step 2
Add oil and half of the butter in a heated skillet.
Step 3
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 4
Then add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Sauté for 2 minutes on one side until just beginning to turn pink.
Step 6
Add a splash of white wine and bring it to a quick boil for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
