ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tabelspoons honey
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tabelspoons Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 pound boneless pork chops
- 1 cup beef stock
Method
Step 1
Cut the pork chops into bite-sized pieces and render the fat in a hot pan.
Step 2
Sauté the meat until browned.
Step 3
Add in the garlic and sauté for 1 minute
Step 4
Add the brown sugar, honey, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and beef stock.
Step 5
Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Top with crispy garlic and some spring onions.
