  • 2 fluid ounce Red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 fluid ounce Virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounce fresh basil leaves
  • 1 pound cucumber
  • 12 ounce green beans
  • 3 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 12 ounce Romaine lettuce
  • 18 ounce Mixed baby lettuce
  • 12 ounce boiled Fingerling potatoes
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 3 ounce red onion
  • 1 pound Tuna, packed in oil
  • 4 ounce olives

Method

  • Step 1

    Make a vinaigrette dressing using the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and basil.

  • Step 2

    Cut the cucumber in half, then into thin slices.

  • Step 3

    Trim the green beans and cook al dente 3 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Peel the eggs and cut into wedges.

  • Step 5

    Remove the stem and seeds from the red pepper. Slice it into thin rings.

  • Step 6

    Line the plate with two romaine lettuce leaves and three mixed lettuce leaves, then arrange the remaining ingredients artistically.

  • Step 7

    Use the contrasting shapes, colors, and textures to create an attractive presentation.

  • Step 8

    Whisk the dressing to combine the ingredients and pour over the salad.

  • Step 9

    Serve.
