ingredients

  • 1 tabelspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ounce red bell pepper
  • 1 ounce yellow bell pepper
  • 1 ounce onions
  • 19 ounce pork tenderloin
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tabelspoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cup beef stock

Method

  • Step 1

    In a heated pan, add oil and brown thin slices of pork tenderloin.

  • Step 2

    Add chopped onions, sauté until translucent

  • Step 3

    Add the beef stock and boil until reduced.

  • Step 4

    Add bell peppers and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Step 5

    Increase heat to high, stir in soy sauce, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and honey.

  • Step 6

    Cook for 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 7

    Serve with toasted sesame seeds.
