ingredients
- 2 kilogram pork spare ribs
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Knorr Dry Cook-In Sauce Spaghetti Bolognese
- 200 millileters Water
- 10 millileters Cornflour
- 125 millileters Chutney
- 60 millileters Honey
Method
Step 1
In a large pot, season the pork spare ribs with salt, pepper and bay leaves.
Step 2
Fill the pot with water, bring it to a boil and then allow the ribs to simmer for about half an hour
Step 3
Remove the ribs from the pot to let it cool.
Step 4
Mix the 2 Knorr Dry Cook-In-Sauce sachets' contents with the cornflour, water, honey and chutney in a bowl to prepare a marinade.
Step 5
Marinate the ribs in the fridge for a minimum of two hours, turning the ribs over every now and again
Step 6
Place the ribs on the braai, cooking each side for about 5 minutes.
