Pumpkin Spice Sweet Potato Fries

"HAPPY FRY DAY. Throwing back to these sweet potato fries, cuz I used all of the in my chili last night (if you saw my story.. it is SO GOOD). Headed to the Christmas market tonight to kick off 24 days of the MOST AWESOME time of the year 🎶 . Hope everyone has the best weekend"

  • 1 Japanese sweet potato
  • Coconut oil
  • Pumpkin pie spice


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and grease with coconut oil or coconut oil cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    Place the potato into a large pot of water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Remove the potato from the pot and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then, slice into fries. Arrange the fries in an even layer, onto the prepared pan. Spray/coat with more coconut oil. Sprinkle the potatoes with pumpkin pie spice.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
