ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup fresh papaya
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in 1/2 cup nut milk for 10 minutes)
- 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- Toppings: persimmons, frozen blueberries, coconut flakes, and granola
Method
Step 1
Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice.
