ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup fresh papaya
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in 1/2 cup nut milk for 10 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • Toppings: persimmons, frozen blueberries, coconut flakes, and granola

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a bowl and top with toppings of your choice.
