  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot® Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with garlic powder, Frank's Red Hot Sauce salt, pepper, and nonstick cooking spray. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast until deeply golden and crispy, 25 minutes.
