Method
Step 1
-Tandoori Fish ▪️2 fish fillets, cleaned and pat dried ▪️2 Tbsp @shanfoodsglobal Tandoori Masala. (less if you prefer mildly spiced) ▪️2 tbsp oil ▪️A squeeze of Lemon juice ▪️1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
Step 2
-Marinade the fish with Tandoori masala, lemon juice, and Ginger-garlic paste. For, best results marinade the fish for about half an hour. - Heat the oil in the pan on high heat, add your fish fillets. Bring the heat down to medium and cook it for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until well cooked. - You may bake the fish in the oven at 400 F for 10 minutes and then broil it for 2 to 3 minutes to get a blackened fish taste.
Step 3
-Cilantro Chutney Pesto ▪️1 cup fresh Cilantro ▪️1/4 cup fresh Basil ▪️1 Green Chili ▪️3 Tablespoons Walnuts ▪️3 to 4 Garlic Cloves ▪️1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil ▪️ A squeeze of Lemon juice ▪️ Salt to taste -Blend all the ingredients in the food processor until desired consistency. Add more oil if needed.
Step 4
