ingredients

  • 300 milliliter Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 each Onion

Method

  • Step 1

    Slice your garlic as thing as you humanly can.

  • Step 2

    Pour olive oil in a small stock pot, add garlic and simmer on very low heat for about 15 min.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile cut onions finely. You can make your frozen olive cubes with whatever ingredients that you want. On the picture there are 3 types of frozen olive oil cubes: - Paella Sofrito ingredients (onion, tomato, bell pepper) - Spinach pest (spinach, pistachios) - Mushroom risotto (Shiitake mushrooms, onion)

  • Step 4

    Pass infused with garlic olive oil through a strainer. Discard garlic.

  • Step 5

    Fill up the ice-cube container with onions (or any other ingredients that you choose) about 3/4 up. Fill the rest up with infused olive oil. Mix a but with a toothpick.

  • Step 6

    Freeze in the freezer. Use any time on a pan, etc.
