Recipe Intro From BlueStripesUrbanCacao

Well-renowned chocolatier Oded Brenner of Blue Stripes Urban Cacao is providing a chocolate education and recipe for National Chocolate Day with his one-of-a-kind chocolate and cacao ingredients.

With 25 years in the chocolate industry, Brenner went on a journey to discover the other side of chocolate, it’s unknown wild side— cacao! Today, he creates culinary creations with cacao, all of which are prepared from the fruit in South America and created at his Manhattan test kitchen called Blue Stripes Urban Cacao.’

This Mexican ‘Corn’ Brownie is a chocolate dish with a big story behind it. The recipe consists of Brenner’s unique spicy brownie mix made with avocado and spicy chili. This dish combines all aspects of chocolate and cacao. The recipe will start with the brownie mix that's baked into a mold. It's then brushed in chocolate, rolled in crunchy corn and served on a stick, inspired by Mexican Corn. The flavors have the zesty, lemony tests from the cacao and the chocolate-y taste of the roasted cacao beans.
