Garlic Beans With Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
1 quart fresh green beans
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of Kalamata olives
chopped basil
Directions:
Wash and prep green beans. Toss with garlic, salt, pepper and, olive oil.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half, and toss with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast tomatoes and green beans separately in a 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
After removing green beans from oven, toss with chopped basil and arrange on platter. Top with roasted tomatoes and any roasting juices, Kalamata olives and chopped basil. Enjoy!
