ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Method

  • Step 1

    Start by poaching your egg. Bring a pot of water to boil, then lower the heat and wait until there are no bubbles.

  • Step 2

    Add 2 tablespoon of white vinegar.

  • Step 3

    Pour the ramekin with the egg into the middle of the vortex and set a timer for 3 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Lightly toast the bread.

  • Step 5

    Using a butter knife spread the garlic over the toast.

  • Step 6

    Cut the avocado into thin slices.

  • Step 7

    Top toast with avocado and poached egg, add salt & pepper.
