- 2 1/2 package instant yeast
- 6 tabelspoons olive oil olive oil
- 12 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablepoons salt salt
Method
Step 1
Mix the yeast, oil, salt, sugar, and water in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
In three parts, add the flour.
Step 3
Knead to combine and let rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Knead the dough again, then form the dough into rolls and brush with egg.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Step 6
Set rolls on a baking sheet, spaced out so they can rise for 15 more minutes.
Step 7
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
