Walnut Flour Brownies

Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
3/4 cup coconut oil or butter
3/4 cup half date sugar half erythritol
1/2 cup walnut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup gf all purpose flour
1 cup cacao powder unsweetened
1/4 tsp xanthan
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup aquafaba
1/2 cup coconut cream
6 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
1 cup raw/ vegan chocolate bites or chips ( I melted half of this )
Directions:
1. Mix the sugars + oil ( butter ) in a bowl whisking
2. Add the dry ingredients, except for choc chips and give a whisk
3. Add the aquafaba and mix well
4. For last add the coconut cream + syrup and for last the chocolates
5. Put the batter in a brownie pan covered with parchment paper
6. Bake at 170C for about 20 min.
Be brave and dare to leave it a bit soft in the middle.
That's how you get the best brownies ???? NOTE: if you don't want to use aquafaba feel free to use 2 organic eggs instead
