"RAW. VEGAN. BROWNIES. @minimalistbaker I'm not usually keen on Mondays but today I am because I finished my assignments ? I do weep for my colleagues because submission date is today but it's also first day of placement for most of us, meaning they were up doing their assignments last night AND they had to be up at around 5 or 6 in the morning in time for their 7/8am shifts! Some of them won't finish until 8pm! All for nursing ?? Granted they should have done their assignments earlier but even though I was kind of finished with it it's still stressful trying to make sure you've done everything ? Fortunately my placement starts tomorrow so today I am a free man ?? PS my gf loved these! She's not into cacao nibs usually but she liked them with this brownie! Enjoy your week lovely free folks.
