Method
Step 1
Bring a medium pot of water to a rolling boil. Prepare an ice bath to the side.
Step 2
Gently lower in eggs and boil for 8 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to ice bath. Peel and garnish with flaky salt.
