Have you ever tried aprium plums? well it's my first time today and they are perfect for margaritas, you make fresh fruit juice by blending the apriums (mix between apricot and plum), tangerine juice, and blood orange with a touch of lime then pass though a fine mesh sieve and mix with your good quality tequila, Cointreau, and ice in a shaker, pour over prepared glasses with that salt on the rim and over ice! Garnish with slices of fruit and enjoy. "

Ingredients
Ice cubes
3 oz of tequila
2 oz of the aprium, blood orange, tangerine juice
1 oz agave nectar
1 tsp cointreau
Method
Place all ingredients into a shaker, shake well and strain over a prepared glass with salt rim and more ice.
for the Chilli, Beetroot salt:
2 tbsp maldon salt
1 tsp lime powder
1/2 tsp ground beetroot
1 tsp ground ancho chili
Method
Place all ingredients in a mortar and gently grind and integrate toether with your pestle. dont make it too fine, leave some texture
