Baobab Protein Snacks with Coconut and Chia Seeds

ingredients
- 1 tablespoon baobab powder
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 10 soaked dates
- 1/2 cup dessicated or shredded coconut
Method
Step 1
In a food processor blitz the cashews, oats and chia seeds into a fine powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine well.
Step 2
Place the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the fridge and roll into balls with your hand and cover each ball with the desiccated coconut.
