Macadamia & Cashew Banana Flapjacks with Dark Chocolate

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup oats

2/3 cup coconut sugar

2/3 cup soya spread

1/3 cup agave syrup

1 mashed ripe banana

2 handfuls chopped nuts (I used cashew and macadamia)

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all of the above ingredients, place in a lined tray and bake for 20/25 minutes on 350 F. Once cool, drizzle in a chocolate, lather in nut butter or enjoy them simply as they are.
