Pomegranate Nice Cream
3 cups frozen bananas.
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2-3/4 cup lite coconut milk
Top with @squareorganics and pomegranates.
Directions:
Put all ingredients into your #vitamix. Use the tamper to push down bananas on a low speed and slowly increase speed. You will have to add more coconut cream if your blender is working too hard. Don't blow up your blender lol. You can put in the freezer for 20 minutes after it is creamy to scoop like ice cream. But I couldn't wait. So I put it in my favourite glass and dug straight in!!
