Vegan and Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

Serves or Makes: 1
- 1 Banana
- 3/ 4 cup corn flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon bakind soda
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Mix all the ingredients in your blender until smooth.
Heat nonstick pan on medium heat and cook your pancake two minutes on each side or until bubbles appears on top and flip. Cook on other side until golden.
