Making this beautiful two color challah couldn't be easier. Divide your regular challah recipe in half and add cocoa powder and/or brown food coloring when mixing the brown dough to get a rich chocolate color. Roll out 2 long strands of dough (mine are 1/2 lb. each here) and twist together. Starting at the end, coil the rope around to form this turban shape.
