Great White Shark (Tacos) #whiskandtell ___ One of my favorite types of tacos are fish tacos... these beauties from Montlake Cut are Mako Shark Tacos with cabbage slaw. Flaky but firm and all of the deliciousness in between.!
Bright Eyed and Bushy (Lobster) Tailed #whiskandtell _ Just tired the famous “Lobster Tails” from @carlosbakery from @buddyvalastro. These are crunchy, flaky bundles of goodness filled with sweet cream that come in 4 different flavors. This is the chocolate hazelnut flavored cream version and is sooo good! I may have eaten for breakfast and dessert!
One Fish, Two Fish, Three Fish, Four Fish #whiskandtell _ Hamachi, grapefruit, avocado, hamachi, truffle oil and a sliver of ginger @nobuoatteeterhouse. Elegantly flavorful! Best spoon bites I’ve had in a long time!

Featured here is the pork quesadilla that has the signature crispy and juicy spit-fired roast pork topped with homemade green and red hot sauce and gooey yet crispy edged cheese. So good.
Coo Coo Ca Choo Ragu #whiskandtell _ Homemade sausage ragu on top of crispy polenta cakes for dinner. I love using Italian sausage instead of ground beef since it adds so much more flavor to the sauce. Also, you can easily make homemade tomato sauce by taking a large can of San Marazano tomatoes, squishing them done and simmer with olive oil, garlic, pinch of sugar and basil.

All Over The Board #whiskandtell ___ I love creating these cheese and charcuterie boards whenever we have guests over. The housemade meats are from @commissarydallas, hand crafted by Zach Dunphy. The Coppa and the Fennal Salami are amazing! Pair these great meats with a Commissary baguette, a variety of cheeses, fruit, and veggies and you have a 🎉 party!
