I found a small herb shop in Riga where they had a discount for chia seeds - 9€ for a whole kg. 🙌🏻 Now I have a chance to try out every singe variation of the chia pudding. 💁🏼‍♀️ I’ve saved the basic recipe + berry version in my highlights, but here’s an upgraded version that involves a big swirl of peanut butter. 🥜 Chia pudding lets you be creative. Make the wildest fruit combos to up your breakfast game. 💪🏻

Do you journal often? I’ve found this practice very beneficial. ? You can read about it in my stories. ❄️ • What am I up for today? I slept in until 11am (and don’t feel even a tiny regret ??), ate breakfast in the usual lunch time, did some journaling and now I’m sitting with a book in my lap. In the evening I have an event at @doma.cafe that I’m participating in. I’ll share a story of my early veganism days. ? I still have some prep work to do! ???‍? Turning 26 today. 🎈 Thank you so much for all the wonderful wishes! ❤️ Celebrating with a wholesome home-baked vegan sponge cake feat. rich cashew-coconut cream frosting and lots of berries on the top. 🍰 I’m not really the biggest cake baker but I’m happy how this one turned out! 😁❤️
