Gingerbread Bundt Cake With Orange Glaze
This gingerbread cake is made with a whole 1/4 cup of fresh ginger, freshly ground spices,a (very!) generous brushing of bourbon & an orange glaze. If you've read Ruth Reichl's Delicious!, this is the cake that's so central to the novel. Looking forward to tasting it with @eatlivtravwrite & @jannisescott1 for tonight's
This weekend's baking time went to trying out @donna.hay's lemon, yogurt & chia loaf with buckwheat flour. Made in one bowl, and so incredibly delicious 🍋🍋🍋

Here's to a fruitful weekend 🍓🍓🍓 I've always loved making fruit tarts & these are my current favourites: a rye crust topped with pastry cream, fresh fruit & brushed with fig jam
Roasted these figs with a generous drizzle of pomegranate molasses & a sprinkle of walnuts until softened and caramelized (about 15 minutes at 425°F). Perfect to spoon over coconut yogurt
