To set up a bagel spread similar to the one pictured you will need:
1 dozen bagels
1 lb cream cheese
fresh dill
drained capers
sliced red onions
sliced tomatoes
Smoked Arctic Char, Lox or Smoked Salmon (figure about 1/4 lb per person)
fried eggs
crispy bacon
