  • 1 1/4 cups pancake mix
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 tablespoons pancake mix
  • 3 tablespoons cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring (optional)
  • pinch salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Whisk together donut ingredients just until combined. Pipe into greased donut molds. Bake 5-7 minutes at 425ºF. Whisk together glaze ingredients. Glaze cooled donuts. Enjoy!
