Cinnamon Brioche Rolls

Set aside some time to whip up @zoebakes yeasted dough so that you can easily whip up these delicious cinnamon buns! Ideally, you're able to make the dough the night before so that it can rest in the fridge for at least 8 hours, but if you want the magic to happen all on the same day, just make sure that the dough can rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours.

ingredients
- 1 pound brioche dough
- 4 tablespoons melted brown butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- pinch salt
Method
Step 1
Roll out the brioche dough into a large rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
Step 2
Spread the melted brown butter over it, then sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Starting with a long edge, roll tightly into a log. Slice into even slices and arrange in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Cover and let rise until doubled.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 4
Bake until golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
